330米 本报讯 从2007年起，北京高层建筑的“海拔高度”将改写。330米的国贸三期大厦将取代目前209米的京广中心,成为北京的最高楼。昨天上午，记者获悉，国贸三期项目将于今年6月正式动工，预计2007年底建成。 据悉，国贸三期项目由国际贸易中心和郭鹤年名下香格里拉集团联合，2007年底建成，届时将与国贸一期、二期一起构成110万平方米的建筑群，成为全球最大的国际贸易中心，也将是北京CBD的标志性建筑，其高度将超过目前北京的最高楼--京广中心。正在建设中的银泰中心计划高度249.9米，也不是它的对手。 据悉,国贸三期工程建设东起东三环路，西至机械局综合楼，南起国贸大厦2座，北至光华路，占地6.27公顷，总建筑规模达54万平方米，建筑高度约330米，总约8亿美元。该工程包括超五星级酒店、高档写字楼、国际精品商场、电影院等多种设施。

Tower 1 was built by a Japanese consortium led by the Hazama Corporation while Tower 2 was built by Samsung C&T and Kukdong Engineering & Construction, both South Korean contractors.The sky bridge contract was completed by Kukdong Engineering & Construction. Thus, Tower 2 became the first to reach the world's tallest building at the time.
