点穴疗法的五行联用法
五行，即木、火、土、金、水。五行相互关系，即相生、相克、相乘、相侮。按五脏之五行所属（肝与胆属木，心与小肠属火，脾与胃属土，肺与大肠属金，肾与膀胱属水），五脏所主（肝主筋，肾主骨，心主血，肺主气，脾主肌肉）等组成的互相联系的整体，与内部五脏部位是一致的。心、肺在上，与气血在肢体浅层相一致；肝、肾在下，与筋骨在肢体深层相一致；脾、胃在中，与肌肉在气血筋骨之间相一致。五行联用法，就是按照上述的理论，分为如下。 （l）骨压放；（2）筋振颤；（3）肌肉左右揉；（4）血脉摩推；（5）皮肤点打。因为这五种手法是配合五个俞穴，即井、俞、经、合连续操作。所以，称为五行联用法。 （1）点打。点打的操作是与穴位的皮肤接触，属于肺，肺为金主气。手法的过程是：一手中指在所选的主穴进行点打；另一手中指切压住配穴经脉范围内的金穴不动，为配合主穴增强点打的作用，有似肺脉之短涩的点打，一般为100次。（2）摩推。摩推的操作是与穴位的血脉接触，属于心，心为火。手法过程是：一手的手掌或拇指本节的侧面，在所选主穴部位，顺着经脉往返摩推为一次；另一手切压住配穴本经的火穴不动，为配合主穴增强摩推的作用。摩推的范围超过穴位，有似心脉浮大而散，每穴共摩推100次。（3）骨压放。压放的操作是按触到骨的部分（假如是腹部，临时酌情压放，重压感到好，则重压；重压难受，则减轻压力），属于肾，肾为水。手法过程是：一手中指在主穴向下深压，达到骨的部分，然后缓缓地微放到筋的部分。一压一放为1次。手法慢而且重，所以一般只压放5-7次即可。压放的力量在深部，动作且缓，有似肾脉沉而软。在压放的同时，另一手的中指切压住本经的水穴（扶突），如配穴，以增强压放的作用。（4）振颤。本手法是与筋的部分接触，属于肝，肝为木。手法的过程是：一手中指在主穴作振颤，先作摇振7-9次，每次摇振一二下，稍停，再作前法，继而作振颤70-90次。摇振或振颤，都要含有弹动性，有似肝脉之弦长。在振颤的同时，另一手的中指切压住本经的木穴，为配穴，以增强主大的振颤作用。（5）左右手揉。左右手揉的操作是与肌肉接触，属于脾，脾为土。手法的过程是：一手的中指在主穴作正揉、倒揉各100次，不轻不重的揉而且要匀，有似脾腺之和缓，对慢性胃肠炎较好。如果对风湿性疾病或神经痛，可作稍轻揉和稍重揉。稍轻揉，即肌肉连血脉，这是阴济阳；稍重揉，即肌肉连筋骨，这是阴济阳。稍重揉，即肌肉连筋骨，这是阳济阴。能止痛，能促进机能的恢复。4．井、俞、经、合：十二经脉是联系着五脏六腑的，各脏腑则是五行相生、相克、相乘、相侮的，又互相联系的。每一条经脉都有井、俞、经、合等五个俞穴。它们的分布是：手的阴经和阳经，是从手到肘排列着；足的阴经和阳经，是从足到膝排列着。这五个俞穴的排列与分布，显示了一经脏气与其四经脏气的互相联系。阴、阳经脉的井、俞、经、合，在部位上是一致的，如按五行则有区别。所以，手足的阳经，井为金；手足的阴经，井为木。阳井金，从手到肘、从足到膝是：金生水、水生木、木生火、火生土；阴井木，从手到肘、从足到膝是：木生火，火生土，土生金，金生水。阳井金与阴井水的排列：和十二经脉总的循行起止是一致的。按肺属金，气血循行出于手太阴肺。按肝属木，气血循行最后一经为足厥阴肝。这就是井、俞、经、合在每一经，以五行排列的主要理论根据。
