用一般的色拉油就可以.主要是色拉油没有气味 我买了一大桶鲁花一级压榨花生油.吃不掉了就用来做蛋糕,想快点消耗的.结果做出来的蛋糕花生味太重了.还是要用色拉油 黄油的话做一般的蛋糕是不会放的.做曲奇等黄油小饼干才会用到 橄榄油应该也可以,但是这么贵还是用一般的色拉油就好了 黄油更加好啊!
