俄罗斯民族的烟俗，到俄罗斯族人家里作客，吸烟须征得主人的同意；不能随便吸烟、磕烟灰、扔烟头；递烟时忌单独递给一支，而要递给烟盒；点烟时不能用一根火柴点三支烟，吸烟借火时不能拿对方已经点燃的烟。在俄罗斯族，客人来访，若是吸烟斗，主人要将烟斗装上烟丝后再递给客人。 俄罗斯的餐饮礼仪 在饮食习惯上，俄罗斯人讲究量大实惠，油大味厚。他们喜欢酸、辣、咸味，偏爱炸、煎、烤、炒的食物，尤其爱吃冷菜。总的讲起来，他们的食物在制作上较为粗糙一些。 一般而论，俄罗斯以面食为主，他们很爱吃用黑麦烤制的黑面包。除黑面包之外，俄罗斯人大名远扬的特色食品还有鱼子酱、酸黄瓜、酸牛奶，等等。吃水果时，他们多不削皮。 在饮料方面，俄罗斯人很能喝冷饮。具有该国特色的烈酒伏特加，是他们最爱喝的酒。 此外，他们还喜欢喝一种叫“格瓦斯”的饮料。 用餐之时，俄罗斯人多用刀叉。他们忌讳用餐发出声响，并且不能用匙直接饮茶，或 让其直立于杯中。通常，他们吃饭时只用盘子，而不用碗。 参加俄罗斯人的宴请时，宜对其菜肴加以称道，并且尽量多吃一些，俄罗斯人将手放在 喉部，一般表示已经吃饱。 大部分俄罗斯人都在家中用餐，只在上班的午休时间才去餐馆。遇有喜庆或举办婚礼时，俄罗斯居民通常都在餐馆举行，由邀请人付费。朋友聚会一般在家庭环境下进行。客人通常都带给主人小礼品（蛋糕、酒）和鲜花。 茶饮 历史上，茶从中国经西伯利亚直接传入俄罗斯，这一过程没有西欧国家的介人。据一些史书和百科全书的记载，俄罗斯人第一次接触茶是在1638年。当时，作为友好使者的俄国贵族瓦西里·斯塔尔可夫遵沙皇之命赠送给蒙古可汗一些紫貉皮，蒙古可汗回赠的礼品便是4普特(约64公斤)的茶。品尝之后，沙皇即喜欢上了这种饮品，从此茶便堂尔皇之地登上皇宫宝殿，随后进入贵族家庭。从17世纪70年代开始，莫斯科的商人们就做起了从中国进口茶叶的生意。 从饮茶形式上来看，中国人饮茶一向是香茗一杯，细品慢饮；俄国人喝茶，则伴以大盘小碟的蛋糕、烤饼、馅饼、甜面包、饼干、糖块、果酱、蜂蜜等等“茶点”。从功能上看，中国人饮茶多为解渴、提神亦或消遣、待客；俄国人喝茶则常常为三餐外的垫补或往往就替代了三餐中之一餐。 从饮茶的品种来看，中国人喜喝绿茶，俄罗斯人则酷爱红茶。有趣的是红茶在俄语是“чёрный чай”，直译为"黑茶"。之所以称之为“黑茶”，似乎有合乎
